Originally built in the 70s, Northpoint underwent a major reconstruction and redesign before re-opening in March 2018. This iconic landmark building provides North Shore residents and businesses with a destination that brings social, economic and environmental benefits now and into the future.

What are your opening hours?

Northpoint is open between 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week. Please refer to the directory page for opening hours and full details of each business

Are your restaurants open late?

Yes, our cafes open early in the morning and our restaurants stay open until late at night. Please click here for cafe and restaurant trading hours.

Do you have parking and how much is it?

Wilson Parking offers both casual parking and bookings online, fees vary. The height clearance of the car park is 1.9m. Enter via Miller Street.

What hours do your supermarkets open?

You can find Woolworths Metro on Miller Street and it is open 7am until 9pm on weekdays, and 8am until 9pm on weekends.

Do you have a Justice of the Peace?

No, Northpoint does not have a Justice of the Peace. The closest Justice of the Peace is located at North Sydney Council / Stanton Library – 200 Miller Street, North Sydney.

Are pets allowed at Northpoint?

No, pets are not allowed at Northpoint. Assistance or Service animals are permitted.

What's the best way to get to Northpoint?

You can get to Northpoint by car, train, bus or even by walking across the Sydney Harbour Bridge from Sydney’s CBD. Our closest train station is North Sydney station which is also within walking distance (450m). Bus stops, taxis and Uber pick points are all conveniently located right at our doorstep. If you’re driving here, Northpoint is serviced by over 380 basement car parks on site.

Is tenant bicycle parking available?

For those arriving with a bicycle, access will be from 171 Pacific Highway into the lane on the northern boundary of the building and up the steps to lift #15 (adjoining the loading dock). This lift will then take you to level six where the facilities are located. If you are unsure where to go, the Dock Master will be more than happy to assist.

Please refrain from bringing bicycles and bike cleats through the building lobby.

Do you have a parents’ room at Northpoint?

Parent room facilities are on level 7.

Do you offer gift cards?

No, Northpoint does not offer gift cards. Please visit individual retailers for gift card options. 

What mobility services do you provide?

Northpoint is fully accessible by wheelchair. Disabled car park spaces are available close to the retail lifts on level 6. Wheelchair accessible bathrooms are on level 7 (Miller street level) or on level 8 next to Fire & Food.

A dedicated DDA lift is located on Lvl 7 Miller street entry (adjacent to Westpac), which is accessible to lvl 8 office tower foyer, Eat Street, and restaurants.

What postal services do you have available?

The closest Australia Post is located at 92 Pacific Highway, North Sydney. Directly opposite Northpoint.

Where is the Loading Dock entrance and what is the height clearance?

Main Loading Dock – Level 8. Access to the main loading dock is from Miller Street and the Pacific Highway, with maximum vehicle height of 3.6 metres.

Tower Loading Dock – Level 6. Access to the Tower loading dock is from Miller Street, only through the car park entry with a maximum vehicle height of 2.4 metres.
